These terms apply when you submit a website, application, software, computer, hosting, or technology-support enquiry to The Padappai Tech, operated by . They govern the initial enquiry and related communications only. They do not govern customer service requests made through padappai.com.
Submitting the form asks us to review and respond to your requirement. It does not place an order, reserve delivery capacity, guarantee acceptance, establish a final price or completion date, or require either party to proceed. A project begins only when the parties accept a separate written proposal, statement of work, quotation, or agreement that identifies the scope and commercial terms.
Provide accurate contact details and enough information for us to understand the requirement. You confirm that you are permitted to submit information and materials supplied on behalf of a business or another person. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys, production credentials, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
We use the submitted name, business name, mobile number, email address, service choice, requirement, timeline, referral information, and related communications to assess the enquiry, contact you, prepare a response or proposal, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with law. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for these purposes. We do not sell enquiry contact data.
By submitting the form, you consent to receive calls, email, or messages reasonably connected with the enquiry and any requested follow-up. This is not consent to unrelated promotional messaging. You may ask us to stop follow-up communications or correct your contact details by writing to the support address below; this does not affect communications already sent or records we must retain for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
We handle enquiry information with reasonable care, but the enquiry form and preliminary discussions do not by themselves create a non-disclosure or fiduciary obligation. If the requirement involves confidential business information, source code, customer data, trade secrets, or regulated material, tell us first so the parties can consider a separate confidentiality agreement before disclosure.
Any early indication of feasibility, technology, price, or timing is preliminary unless a written proposal states otherwise. Final scope, milestones, dependencies, taxes, payment terms, warranties, support, hosting, third-party costs, acceptance criteria, ownership, and change control will be stated in the applicable project document. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery.
You retain rights in material you submit and grant us permission to review it for the enquiry. You confirm that its use for this purpose does not violate another person’s rights. Submission does not transfer ownership of either party’s pre-existing software, designs, methods, tools, brands, or other intellectual property. Ownership and licences for project deliverables will be defined in the accepted project agreement.
We may decline, postpone, or request clarification of an enquiry, including where the requirement is outside our capability, unlawful, unsafe, incomplete, or conflicts with existing commitments. Preliminary information is provided for discussion and should not be treated as a professional, security, legal, financial, or operational guarantee. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
